What Is Crossroads?
Crossroads is a non-profit program that offers camping without borders or limitations. We are a community of camp staff, medical experts, counselors, support groups and more who have come together to serve youth and families who have special needs. We offer both Day and Residential Camping programs, retreats, leadership development and more for youth - and their families - who are struggling with severe medical conditions.
Our goal is to provide youth with a normal childhood experience in a safe, secure environment; parents with the information and support they need to help their families; and communities with a way to get involved in the lives of some very special youth. It is also our goal to set up an endowment fund that will allow us to offer all of our programs - Day and Residential - to the campers who need us at no cost to the families. We feel that these families have enough financial stress to deal with.
As you look through our upcoming calendar, please be aware that while the Crossroads Medical Outreach is available to all youth and families, campers must attend programs designed to meet their primary medical condition
